Return Policy

We strive to provide our customers with the best pricing and service for our products. If you have received a faulty item, or if the item you purchased has encountered failure during the warranty period, we would be honored to provide you with replacement unit, or servicing option subject to the terms below:

Warranty terms:

1) Bose Professional - 2 years against manufacturer defects (excluding accessories)

2) Audix - 1 year against manufacturer defects (excluding accessories)

3) Sennheiser - 1 year against manufacturer defects (excluding accessories)

4) Marantz Professional - 1 year against manufacturer defects (excluding accessories)

Warranty replacement does not include postage / courier fee to send the faulty items, as well as replacement of new items. Additional postage / courier fees may apply.
